Double directional stretch plastic protective net for underground mines

Product Introduction: The bi-directional tensile plastic protective net used in coal mines is specially designed and manufactured for the support of false roofs and roadway support in underground mining faces. It is manufactured by using several high molecular weight polymers and adding other modifiers, through processes such as heating, extrusion, molding, punching, stretching, shaping, and coiling. Compared with metal woven mesh and plastic woven mesh, it has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, isotropy, anti-static, non corrosive, and flame retardant. It is a new type of mesh grid material used in coal mine underground support engineering and civil engineering.

Product features: 1. Friction does not easily generate static electricity. In the underground environment of coal mines, the average surface resistance of plastic mesh is below 1 × 109 Ω;

2. Good flame retardant performance; In an open flame environment, it only melts and does not burn, even if it burns within 10 seconds before extinguishing.

3. Easy to wash coal. The density of this protective net is around 0.92t/m3, which is lower than the density of water. During the coal washing process, the broken mesh floats on the water surface and is easily washed away;

4. Strong corrosion resistance and aging resistance;

5. Easy to construct and transport. The protective net is relatively soft and should not scratch workers during construction. It also has the advantages of easy curling, bundling, cutting, and light weight, making it convenient for underground transportation, carrying, and construction;

6. Both vertically and horizontally have strong load-bearing capacity. And the mesh size is uniform, which can effectively prevent the falling of broken coal blocks.

Application scope: This product is suitable for improving the stability of the surrounding rock in harbor tunnels, avoiding the occurrence of tunnel lining and roof collapse, reducing ventilation resistance in tunnels, and saving energy.
